The E 113 has been tested and the lamp has been installed at the factory, there no assembly required. The unit is ready to plugged in to a power outlet. After the unit has been plugged in, both the base and the head of the unit will immediately begin to rotate independently of each other. The unit will create dramatic multiple colored beams rotating in 360 degrees. To enhance the beams use this effect with a fog machine. This unit also looks great in pairs. For optimum performance of your E 113, please follow its prescribed Duty Cycle.

We suspended the light from an American DJ stand with crossbar and placed it in the corner of the room. When the light would first kick on, it had a slight 'hitch' in its giddyup. But after a second or two of getting going, it would spin consistently, shining different-colored beams of lights all the way around our large family room, rotating and wobbling up and down as it went.There are two components to the motion - rotation around its axis and a 'wobble' that projects the lights slightly higher and slightly lower as they move about the rotation. This can make it a little bit tricky to make sure you've got all the cords and other items 'clear' of the unit's motion since the 'wobble' can put the light into contact with items that are not necessarilly touching it when the unit is still.
