Easy to assemble, great to use. The one thing keeping it from getting 5 stars is that it's a bit too soft for weights. Leaving your dumbbells, even light ones will dent it. It eventually comes back so it's not a big deal. I bought three packs (total 12 squares) to create a large enough surface to for P90X, it works like a charm.

These blue mats are awesome! I recently purchased them for my sons and they found them to be very versatile. My oldest not only uses them for working-out but his friends now have a place to sleep other than our hardwood floor. My youngest son is enjoying them very much as he practices karate on them. I can't wait to purchase more, I absolutely love them and so does the rest of the family.

I got 2 sets for a mini workout station in my basement - in black. It works very well and is a great alternative to the rollout mats, especially if you need a lot more space than a little mat can provide. I'm going to buy another set and only dread the gi-normous box they send it in.
