(If they don't change the packaging, be aware that both shipments were placed in boxes approximately 30x54x9. Huge compared to the product box which snugly holds the light tube.)As for the light, it's very cool. However, be aware that not all the color shown on the remote actually work. The insert in the box shows that only the red at the top of the color column on the right can be selected. The orange and yellows are unavailable for selection, even though they exist on the remote. Other than that, the remote allows you to control the brightness and speed. Individual colors and strobe on and off, or the light can automatically strobe through all the colors in order. Also the light can produce the rainbow stream shown in the video. It's very bright and produces plenty of light in a large bedroom. My two complaints are that they are very fragile and they are not sound activated. You must be very careful with them, otherwise LED's from the strip will break off and can leave a hole or discoloration (depending on the color)and there is no way to repair them. I gave a four star rating due to them being so fragile. I knew prior to buying them that they weren't sound activated but after I saw them in action I really wished that they were because it would make them that much cooler. |
