It keeps a low enough profile. I was expecting something smaller, but larger means more are pressured. I have no doubt in my mind it will keep my tires inflated very well.Update: I tried using this once and it works very well and fast. It took me a little to figure out the clamp needs to be pointed outwards, not down when pumping, to keep it secured. It's the opposite of floor pumps. So, put it on with the clamp pointed down, then point it outwards and it is secure.
