But with work and kids, I keep bouncing around ten pounds, but I am only 20 from my final destination.I lost 107 pounds after giving birth to my son, pure exercise, got down to a very tiny 128. After having my daughter, I just did not have the time to lose all the weight as I did previously. PROS: none. The concept is awesome, but these are not healthy CONS: 1. Speed up your heart rate too much 2. Speed up your mind too much - made me very agitated and cranky. I actually yelled at several customers over the weekend because of it! 3. It didn't work, I work out 4 days a week, eat a calorie restricted diet and did not lose any weight (as a side note I am significantly overweight so losing weight shouldn't have been too difficult). Also this product made me feel shakey and gave me what almost felt like a nervous energy. Not recommended. On top of that, when I went to get my money back the produce had disappeared and I cannot seem to contact the seller to get my money back. This is a scam! Don't waste your money |
