It measures 12" long, 10" wide and 7" deep. It has a handle for carrying it and is easy to strap it to the rack. The Bad Stuff: - These bags would not survive even one crash - The side straps don't adjust wide enough to allow the clasps the right angle to stay tight. They quickly release in a headwind making the bags (if empty) flap like wings behind your bike. - If you don't have the right kind of rack, one with an open horizontal bar for the center strap... dunno how you'd attach these bags otherwise. These would work for some folks, but not for me.
