The point of the second test was to satisfy myself that I had taken enough of a hair sample. I was trying to ascertain whether any other substances in addition to the undisputed substance was used. Both tests came back totally negative. Hairconfirm customer service ignored our concerns. Parents are being lulled into a false sense of security and paying dearly for it. Most of them want to do something because they know or pretty sure there is something going on. I really did not like the people he was hanging around from his team. When I was looking for ways to be proactive and make sure that he does not start using drugs (since had been a problem in the family before) I wanted to start testing him after I read a "Parents Guide to Drug Testing" whitepaper I downloaded from an online source. Just putting the product on the kitchen table and having a long talk with him helped a lot. We discussed things that we would have otherwise.
