I spent close to 50 hours researching and accumulating data for a project I was putting together for school (major in nutrition). During this time I came across choline cdp and the powerful effects it stimulates within the mind when combined with other "brain supplements".The combination of substances that are in these pills are sufficient for increased mental focus and concentration although when combined with no-tropics, which are naturally occurring cognitive stimulants, the effects are multiplied by at least 15 times. I'd recommend starting with piracetam, as this is a less potent no-tropic but I personally use pramiractam which I've had a very good experience with. Piracetam has become quite popular, pretty easy to find it. One of the few places I found pramiractam was on amazon (big suprise);... I have tried to put a few together myself and nothing compares to this one. Especially good for retention and test performance. I have noticed that I need 1-2 hours less sleep per night as well. You know how claims are always overblown. Well, I took these tablets and found that they actually do help my mental clarity throughout the day. They don't work perfectly, but their is a substantial difference on the days I don't take them. I struggle with poor memory and attention span, and I'm glad this stuff is on the market. I think it's the phosphatidylserine that makes the difference. |
